Cronin Insurance Brokers Ltd are delighted to announce our new insurance product for Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors in Ireland. Our packages start from as little as €489.25 and provides you with the level of cover recommended by Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) which are as follows:

• Public Liability €6,500,000
• Professional Indemnity €1,300,000

That's right. Public Liability and Professional Indemnity and all from as little as €489.25!

This starting price includes Government Levy and you have nothing more to pay for a full years cover. There are no complicated forms required to put cover in place and instead we have a simple 3 step process to incepting your cover -

1.   Your details are obtained over the phone and a written Statement of Fact quotation is provided via Email

2.   Once you have reviewed and are satisfied with the quotation you provide us with instructions to proceed with cover

3.   Policy documents are emailed back to you within 24 hours or on the same day if required

We can also provide cover for those involved in a little more than pure BER Assessment work. For example, if you also get involved in insulation work, we can include this in your cover as well and prices can be obtained on application. The Professional Indemnity element applies solely to the BER Assessment work.
